Innovative Supported living is a CQC registered service provider providing a high-quality support to individual with learning disability and mental health please see the service we offer in the service section. Our aim is to provide personalised care and support to individuals with different needs at different stages in their life.
Our services are staffed 24/7 with a homely living environment. Staff are trained to offer a person-centred plan, enabling each individual to grow and develop their skills and independence. We aim to meet each individual need and enhancing their emotional, psychological, physical, and social wellbeing. Young people and adults are supported with their day-to-day routines, organising activities, gaining independent life skills and access to the community as well as other task that they may require, a chance to make a positive impact in the community. striving to achieve a positive long-term outcome.
Our Approach
By developing a good understanding of individuals, understanding what their strengths and needs are, providing personalised support that meets their needs. Treating each individual as unique, having a well trained staff team as they are the core of our service, working with other professionals such as behaviour specialist, phycologist , psychiatrist, family and relatives, social workers, music therapist, speech and language therapist to name a few, using positive reinforcement tactics, understanding different behaviours and communication methods, using therapeutic and engaging activities to suite each individual needs.
